If Bloomberg commits to making sure that every Democratic candidate from a county sheriff to the president has more campaign funds than their Republican rivals then I say LET HIM! Until (probably never) the US gets its campaign finance laws properly reformed then only billionaires will be able to keep the Democrats competitive to Republicans. I wish Bernie and Mike would right now simplify things by pledging to nominate the other as VP in exchange for a pledge from Mike to fully fund the party. That way the rest of the primary will be simplified: Vote for Mike if you are centrist, vote for Bernie if you are not, but either way, you will be motivated to vote in the general. To really put a cap on things they could both pledge to offer good cabinet or other high-level posts to all the other candidates who ran in the primary.
