Market forces will never be the simple basis of healthcare financing as you propose for the simple reason that no political system would survive that supports such an uncaring approach. It would be very difficult to find enough doctors would to serve the poor and lower classes in such a system and the public health indicators in such a system would plummet. Citizens and businesses would vote with their feet to leave such a libertarian dystopia for greener pastures elsewhere. My proposal at least gives people in states with a political majority that agrees with you a chance to try such an approach without the burden of caring for the most difficult-to-serve population.
